PASTRIES
Lemon Mascarpone Filled Pancake Puffs
Exciting enough to get you out of bed in the morning these puffed pancakes are filled with a perfectly balanced sweet/sour lemon mascarpone filling. These delicious puffs are eaten in two bites and are topped with a dusting of powdered sugar and dipped in warm maple syrup.
SOUPS
Carrot and Ginger Soup with Curried Creme Fraiche
Sweet carrots and fresh ginger compliment each other in this classy
and healthy soup.
Butternut Squash Soup with Gruyere & Sage Crusted Croutons
Heaven in soup form. For those who love the butternut squash there is no better incarnation. The soup is very healthy with hardly any cream or butter. It is smooth and is perfectly complimented with a sage and gruyere crusted crouton made out of fresh french baquettes.
Cafe Rio's Chicken Tortilla Soup

This dish is as good as it gets for the authentic Mexican food lover. It has over 27 ingredients and takes over 8 hours to make. Mole is a sauce comprised of ground herbs, spices, seeds, and pureed vegetables. It is served over a bed of rice and along-side rotisserie chicken.
Almond Crumb Salmon with Roasted New Potatoes
Moist salmon fillets topped with an almond crumb mixture. Coupled with roasted
new potatoes and sauteed fresh haricots verts.
DESSERTS
Sourdough Bread Pudding with White Chocolate Sauce and Fresh Berry Medley
